Dear Friend
Thank you for your interest in becoming a foster parent. You will be providing a home for a child in need while the custodial agency continues to search for family members, and friends who may be able to care for the child.
The application starts the official process to become a foster parent and requests basic demographic information, as well as historical data. Please complete all sections of the application, failure to do so will cause a delay in the certification process.
The process includes but may not be limited to the following:
• BCI/FBI checks
• Medical Statements completed
• Proof of Employment and / or other income
• Attend Pre-Placement Training​
• Completion of Home study​
